Here is the plaque located in the Viet Nam memorial garden in front of Blaine School in Magnolia. Not showing in this view are the words at the bottom of the plaque: "These men attended Blaine Junior High 1954-65. Dedicated 1970 and 2000."

According to the May 30, 2001, edition of the Queen Anne/Magnolia News, the original plaque from 1970 was replaced in 2000 by 18-year-old Magnolia resident Tom Wall as an Eagle Scout project. He added a missing name and corrected two others. In addition, Tom and fellow scouts landscaped a memorial garden around the plaque.
